SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing & Production Because our products are printed specifically for you (Print-on-Demand), please allow 2 to 5 business days for production and processing (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We believe in transparent pricing. Because our catalog includes a wide variety of items—from lightweight apparel to heavier framed art—our shipping rates for the contiguous United States are calculated to reflect true costs:

Standard Shipping: Live rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the specific items in your cart and the delivery destination.

Free Priority Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders of $60.00 or more.

Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 7 to 15 business days total. This includes 2-5 days for production plus shipping transit time.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.
Split Shipments To ensure the best quality and the fastest delivery times, items in your order may be fulfilled and shipped from different specialized production facilities. As a result, your items may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment via email once they are on their way.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Human Within Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking status says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check around your property and with neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package, or if your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, please contact us immediately at support@humanwithinstudio.com. We will initiate a trace investigation with the carrier.
PO Boxes & Exclusions Please note that some of our carriers may have limitations delivering to PO Boxes. Whenever possible, please provide a physical street address. Currently, we primarily ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other territories may be subject to longer transit times.
